The spectacular grounds at Oakhaven provide a glorious natural setting for your film project or photo shoot and NC is a great place to film in 2012. With nearly 1500 rolling acres there is certainly plenty of room to spread out and get the shots you need. There are so many aspects that are available including farming, agriculture, wildlife, water, open fields, hardwood and pine forests, old barns & silos, and the list goes on and on. The Manor home is available as a great homeplace or to serve as mission control during your shoot with accommodations for up to 20 people. Rates for film projects are negotiated per project so please contact Gary Barrett to schedule a visit or speak about your project in more details.
We have hosted a number of local photographers for photo shoots as well including bridal portraits, graduation photos, family pictures, and larger industrial print shoots for companies like Wrangler. The property is available for rental at the rate of $50 per hour or $500 per day
